We are seeking a Technical Director to function as science officer, equipment and crop production manager for our upcoming vertical grow facility in Malta.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

POSITION: TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

EXPERIENCED

Developing, managing and effectively implementing a grow strategy.
Overseeing directives, team training & facility operations.
Managing and providing.

TECHNICAL

Minimizing the losses if each grow cycle.
Maintaining farm-related machinery and tools.
Managing plat procurement and equipment.
Recycling waste material.

STEM

Leveraging scientific background to generate relevant models.
Recording relevant data to provide for analysis.
Conduct in-house experiments related to improving grow yield.

TEAM PLAYER

Excellent leadership skills, willingness to train and coach staff and/or customers.
Solutions oriented critical thinker.
Team players who enjoys wearing many hats (scientist teacher, inventor).
