We are seeking a Technical Director to function as science officer, equipment and crop production manager for our upcoming vertical grow facility in Malta.

• Developing, managing and effectively implementing a grow strategy.
• Overseeing directives, team training & facility operations.
• Managing and providing leadership & training to Grow Team and Farm Tech Team.

• Leveraging scientific background to generate relevant models.
• Recording relevant data to provide for analysis.
• Conduct in-house experiments related to improving grow yield.

• Minimizing the losses of each grow cycle.
• Maintaining farm-related machinery and tools.
• Managing plant procurement and equipment.
• Recycling waste materials.

• Excellent leadership skills, willingness to train and coach staff and/ or customers.
• Solutions oriented critical thinker.
• Team player who enjoys wearing many hats (scientist, teacher, inventor).
